<p>Da giorni sono su questo post, lo scrivo, lo cancello, lo riscrivo e poi resto bloccata sul tasto invio.</p>
<p>Da tempo mi sembra di navigare (o affondare, dipende dai giorni!)  in un dilettantismo che mi diverte ancora ma non appaga più. Fotografia, cucina, cucito. Vorrei ricominciare a studiare, ad investire energie e tempo per una formazione. Ho deciso di allontanarmi da queste pagine.  Il tempo di ritrovarmi un po&#8217; e di sapere dove vado.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">C&amp;C va in letargo. Si rintana nel suo inverno. Ha un cuore che  batte, che sogna ma deve decidere quale strada prendere.  Per adesso é così. Almeno fino a quando ci sarà &#8220;tutta questa neve&#8221; intorno. L&#8217;e-mail resterà attivo, ma lo shop, per il momento,  chiude.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Vi abbraccio. Passate un febbraio gelido fuori e caldo e confortante dentro.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">** Nelle ultime fotografie, les filles calme et cacao sono all<a href="http://www.si.se/Paris/Francais/Institut-suedois-a-Paris/?id=8065">&#8216;Institut Suédois</a>,  un&#8217;oasi di pace scandinava nel cuore di Parigi. Incantevole l&#8217;hôtel particulier, riconfortanti le zuppe e i thé bollenti, delizioso il  giardino nascosto. Noi lo adoriamo.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #6c6c6c;"> Depuis un moment j&#8217;ai  le sentiment de  naviguer (ou bien de couler, cela dépends des journées!) en un  dilettantisme qui m&#8217;amuse encore mais qui ne me satisfait plus. Photos,  cuisine, couture. </span><span style="color: #676767;">Je projette et je me pose beaucoup de  questions, je regarde  autour  de moi et dans moi.</span> <span style="color: #676767;">J&#8217;envisage une formation. J&#8217;ai décidé de m&#8217;éloigner d&#8217;ici. Le temps de me retrouver un peu et de savoir où je vais.. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #676767;">C&amp;C est en hibernation.  Son coeur bat et rêve mais il se blottit dans son hiver.  Il doit décider quelle vie prendre. Pour l&#8217;instant c&#8217;est comme cela. Au moins jusqu&#8217;à ce qu&#8217;il y  aura <em>cette neige autour</em>.<br />
</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #6c6c6c;">L&#8217;e-mail restera active, le shop ferme.</span></p>

Une havre suédoise en plein coeur de Paris. Sublime l&#8217;hôtel particulier,  réconfortantes les soupes et le té brulant, délicieux le jardin caché.</span></p>

<p><strong>Fondant alle castagne</strong></p>
<p><em>burro 50gr, 3 cucchiai + 4 cucchiaini di crema di castagne alla vaniglia, uova 3, farina 50gr, zucchero 100gr,1 cucchiaio di liquore di castagne ( o di rhum)</em></p>
<p>Pre-riscaldare il forno a 210. Fondere il burro e unirlo alla <a href="http://www.clementfaugier.fr/fr/v4/v4_creme_de_marrons_1_1.aspx">crema di castagne</a>. Lavorare le uova con lo zucchero, aggiungere la farina e il liquore. Amalgamare ben bene e versare negli stampini individuali imburrati e infarinati e aggiungere un piccolo cucchiaio di crema al centro. Cuocere 8 minuti. Il cuore deve rimanere morbido. Spolverare leggermente di zucchero a velo prima di servire.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #616161;">Fondant aux marrons</span></strong></p>
<p><em><span style="color: #616161;">beurre 50gr, 3 càs+4 càc de crème de marrons Faugier, 3 oeufs, 50gr de farine, sucre en poudre 100gr, 1 càc de liqueur de chataignes</span></em></p>
<p><span style="color: #616161;">Préchauffer le four à 210. Faire Fondre le beurre et le mélanger avec les 3 càs de crème de marrons. Battre les oeufs avec la farine et le sucre, puis ajouter la crème de marrons et mélanger à nouveau. Ajouter la liqueur et bien mélanger. Verser dans les ramequins beurrées et farinées, puis ajouter une càc de crème de marrons au centre. Enfourner et laisser cuire 8 minutes. Le coeur doit rester coulant. Sapoudrer de sucre glace avant de servir.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Confortante come la lana, come queste manine che accarezzano&#8230; una ciotola bianco crema piena di  colori d&#8217;autunno.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Crema di carote e mele renette</strong><br />
<em>x 2.  4 carote, 1/2 cipolla bianca, 1 mela renetta, yogurt biqnco, zenzero fresco, limone, rosmarino, brodo vegetale, olio extravergine, sale</em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Far appassire la cipolla tritata finemente assieme allo zenzero.  Sbucciare e affettare le carote e la mela, unire alla cipolla appassita. Coprire di brodo bollente e lasciar cuocere a fiamma bassa, con il coperchio, una mezz&#8217;ora. <strong>Tornare alla lana lasciata sui ferri.</strong><br />
Spegnere il fuoco, lasciar intiepidire e passare al mixer. Salare. Incorporare 2 cucchiai di yogurt e il succo di mezzo limone, incorporare.<br />
Servire, decorando con un cucchiaio di yogurt, un rametto di rosmarino.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #777777;">Récomfortante comme la laine, comme ces petites mains qui caressent le visage&#8230; un bowl couleur blanc cassé rempli de couleurs d&#8217;automne.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #777777;"><strong>Crème de carottes au pomme reinette</strong><br />
<em>pour 2. 4 carottes, 1 pomme reinette, 1 ognon blanche, gingembre, 1 citron, romarin, yoghurt nature crémeux, bouillon végétal, sel, huile d&#8217;olive</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #777777;">Epluchez l&#8217;ognon et faites-la revenir dans une casserole avec le gingembre râpé. Epluchez les carottes, la pomme et coupez-les en rondelles. Ajoutez le tout dans la casserole, salez, couvrir de bouillon très chaud et laissez cuire pendant une demi heure au feu doux. <strong>Retourner au tricot</strong>. Eteignez le feu, passez la soupe au mixer pour obtenir une crème. Ajoutez 2 càs de yoghurt et le jus d&#8217;un demi citron. Bien mélanger. Décorer avec une càs de yogourt pas mélangé et un brin de romarin. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Ultima sera di novembre.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Zuppa di zucca, patata dolce e lenticchie corallo.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>500g di zucca, 200 gr di patata dolce, 150gr di lenticchie corallo, 2 cucchiai di tahini (pasta di sesamo), olio d&#8217;oliva, 1 scalogno, brodo di verdure, peperoncino rosso.</em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pulire la zucca e la patata dolce, tagliarle a cubi. Riscaldare l&#8217;olio e far rinvenire lo scalogno e il peperoncino. Aggiungere la zucca e la patata e cuocere a fuoco basso una quindicina di minuti. Aggiungerer le lenticchie e proseguire la cottura finché risulterano tenere (10-15 minuti). PAssare il tutto al mixer, aggiungere la tahini, amalgamare e servire. Spolverare di peperoncino rosso e aprire leggermente la finestra per godervi il freddo della sera con la ciotola bollente tra le mani.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5f5f5f;"><strong>Soupe de courge, patate douce et lentilles corail</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5f5f5f;"><em>500gr de courge, 200gr de patate douce, 150gr de lentilles corail, 1 échalote, bouillon de légumes, 2 càs de tahini, huile d&#8217;olive, 1 piment rouge.</em></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5f5f5f;">Eplucher la courge et la patate douce, coupez-les en cubes. Chauffer l&#8217;huile dans une casserole, ajouter le piment et l&#8217;échalote. Faire fondre 2-3 minutes, ajoutez la courge et la patate. Laisser mijoter 15 minutes, puis ajouter les lentilles et poursuivre la cuisson 10-15 minutes. Quand les lentilles seront tendres, ajouter la tahini, mixer, réchauffer si besoin et garnir de piment haché<span style="color: #656565;">.</span></span><span style="color: #656565;">.. ensuite, ouvrez un petit peu la </span><em>fenêtre </em><span style="color: #656565;">et savourez le froid du soir avec bowl brulante entre les mains.</span></p>
